Voorbereiden vóór de sessie
- Retourneer het ingevulde intakeformulier minimaal 3 dagen vóór uw eerste afspraak.
- Laat uw hond goed uit vlak voor de sessie.
- Om ervoor te zorgen dat uw hond zich tijdens de sessie op zijn gemak voelt, wordt aangeraden hem niet direct vóór de sessie te voeren. Een handige tip is om uw hond een paar uur vóór of ná de sessie te laten eten.
- Als de afspraak niet door kan gaan, informeer mij dan zo snel mogelijk, bij voorkeur 48 uur van tevoren, via e-mail of telefoon om uw afspraak te annuleren of te verzetten. Annuleert u binnen 24 uur vóór de sessie, dan wordt 100% van de sessiekosten in rekening gebracht.
- Als uit uw intakeformulier blijkt dat uw hond een contra-indicatie heeft (zoals koorts, recente vaccinatie, plaatselijke ontstekingen of artritis), kan ik de massage helaas niet uitvoeren. Neem contact op als u hier vragen over heeft.
- Hondenmassage vervangt geen behandeling door een dierenarts of specialist. Indien nodig verwijs ik u graag door naar een passende professional.

Preparing for the Session
- Please return the completed intake form at least 3 days before your first appointment.
- Make sure your dog has had a walk before the session.
- To ensure your dog feels comfortable during the session, avoid feeding them right before. A good tip is to feed your dog a few hours before or after the session.
- If you need to cancel the appointment, please notify me as soon as possible—preferably at least 48 hours in advance—via email or phone. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the massage session will incur a 100% charge of the session fee.
- If your intake form indicates that your dog has a contraindication, unfortunately, I cannot provide a massage. Examples include fever, recent vaccinations, localized inflammation, or arthritis (joint inflammation). Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
- Canine massage is not a substitute for treatment by a veterinarian or specialist. If necessary, I will gladly refer you to an appropriate professional.
