Uw hond verdient zorg in een vertrouwde omgeving. Daarom verzorg ik de massagesessies gewoon bij u thuis. Tijdens het eerste consult maak ik rustig kennis met uw hond en stem ik de behandeling volledig af op zijn of haar behoeften.
Voorbereiding: intakeformulier & overleg
Vooraf ontvangt u een intakeformulier met vragen over de gezondheid, leefomgeving en het gedrag van uw hond. Dit helpt om goed voorbereid te zijn. Indien uw hond onder behandeling is bij een dierenarts of specialist, overleggen we altijd eerst voor we starten.
Kennismaking, inspectie & observatie
Tijdens het eerste consult bespreken we het intakeformulier en observeer ik hoe uw hond zich beweegt en hoe hij zijn lichaam gebruikt — zowel in stilstand als in beweging. Denk aan houding, gewichtsverdeling, gangwerk en spierontwikkeling. Ook voel ik het lichaam (palpatie) om spanningen of gevoeligheden in kaart te brengen.
Massagebehandeling op maat
Op basis van alle informatie geef ik een massage die past bij wat uw hond op dat moment nodig heeft — ontspanning, ondersteuning bij herstel of gedragsgerichte begeleiding. Geen standaardbehandeling, maar zorgvuldig afgestemd.
Vervolg, oefeningen & nazorg
Na de sessie ontvangt u een kort verslag met bevindingen en eventueel adviezen of oefeningen. Dit helpt om de behandeling thuis te ondersteunen. Bij sommige hulpvragen zijn meerdere sessies nodig, maar één sessie kan ook al veel betekenen.

After the session, you’ll receive a brief report with my findings and any helpful advice or exercises you can do at home. Some dogs benefit from multiple sessions, but even one visit can make a positive difference.
